Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India. All orders are prepaid (UPI, cards, netbanking via Razorpay) — we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Dispatch & delivery time

• Dispatch: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During festive periods or sales, timelines may extend slightly.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders that include a nail set.
• Prep Kit-only and accessory-only orders are charged ₹59 delivery at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, use Track your order online with your GL order number and checkout phone number. If you need help, contact email support.

Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please double-check your address and PIN code at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we'll reach out to arrange a re-ship (additional shipping may apply).
