By using glossii.me and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product photos are shot as accurately as possible; slight variation in colour and finish may occur due to screens, lighting and handmade detailing.
• Every nail set is a reusable press-on kit. A complimentary Press & Prep Kit is included free with each order.
• We may update prices, products and offers at any time.

Orders & payment

• Payment is prepaid only (UPI, cards, netbanking) via Razorpay. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We verify every payment server-side before dispatch. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or an error (e.g. a pricing mistake).

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its security, or resell our products as your own brand. All content, designs, and the Glossii name and logo are our intellectual property.

Liability

Our products are for cosmetic personal use. Follow the application and removal instructions. We are not liable for reactions arising from misuse or from a personal sensitivity to adhesives — discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
